When will my order ship?
All Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and typically take 4-5 business days to arrive..
Below are the delivery times for each location:
Domestic delivery: 4-5 days
Canada: 1-3 weeks
International: 1-4 weeks

Note: Luchini will have period of delays during holiday season. Please email us if your order is urgent/a gift and I will try my best to ship it early!

Will my order have tracking?
Yes, all orders will have tracking.
When will _____ item restock?
When an item is out of stock, we have to contact our manufacturer to make a new batch. Plushies take around 2 months, all other items take around 1 month. Don't worry we will ALWAYS announce all restocks on our Instagram (@luchini.co) and on Tiktok (@luchini.co).
What if a product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please message us within 24 hours of the delivery. Attach a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information that may be useful. We WILL make it right.
How are refunds issued?
As long as your item (non preorder) has not been shipped yet, please email me at info@luchinillc.com and I will be happy to provide a refund. For Preorder items, please contact me within 14 days of your order to receive a refund! Please understand that after 14 days a refund will NOT be issued.
